How Cashcade works
You pick a business and the software guides you through it one step at a time. It does the repetitive work, you make the decisions, and money counts once it has been confirmed through an official interface. This page explains the loop and what can and cannot be verified.

The loop
Pick a business
- The software does
- Shows the business types with the steps, requirements and what each involves.
- You decide
- Which business fits you.
- Done when
- A business saved to your studio.
Take the next step
- The software does
- Does the repetitive work and offers three options for the decision that matters.
- You decide
- Pick an option, or change it.
- Done when
- The step shows its done-when condition as met.
Check it
- The software does
- Runs the checks that apply, such as disclosure, rights and quality.
- You decide
- Approve, or ask for another version.
- Done when
- Nothing leaves your accounts without your approval.
Confirm the money
- The software does
- Reads results from the official interface available and keeps pending and confirmed apart.
- You decide
- Nothing.
- Done when
- A confirmed amount with its date.
Each screen has one main action and a visible next step. The software explains why it suggests something and lets you undo it.
What the software does and what you decide
| The software does | You decide |
|---|---|
| Drafts, edits, formats and checks | What to make and what to leave out |
| Tracks every step, deadline and rule | Whom to contact and what to say |
| Builds the disclosure for each platform | Whether to post, and when |
| Reads results from official interfaces | Whether to continue, change or stop |
Nothing is sent, posted or invoiced for you without your approval. Outreach goes out in your name from your own mailbox.
What can be verified, and what cannot
A dollar is shown as confirmed when an official interface or a settled payment confirms it. That is not possible everywhere, and the table says where.
| Business | How money is confirmed |
|---|---|
| Clipping | Views of your own videos come from the platform's official API once you connect, and a payout counts as confirmed after it settles. |
| Editing, UGC, websites, AI agents, agency | A payment event from the payment provider confirms each invoice paid through the payment path. |
| Micro-SaaS | Subscription charges are confirmed by payment events; self-reported recurring revenue is not accepted. |
| Steam | Daily sales come from the official Steamworks Financial API once you connect a key. |
| Roblox | No official interface for earnings was found, so amounts are labelled not verified and are not counted in the confirmed total. |
What the closed test means
Cashcade is in a closed test. Everything money-related in the product is labelled Demo, and there are no live payouts. Some business types are open for the closed test and others are marked Opens soon. A guide on this site describes the business, whether or not it is open yet.
The rules that make the product trustworthy are in place from the start: 18 and older, no random rewards, paid promotion labelled per platform, and money and experience points kept apart.
Questions
Does Cashcade promise earnings?
No. Cashcade shows confirmed amounts and never projects what you will earn.
Does the software post for me?
No. It prepares the post and the disclosure. You post, or schedule through an official API on your own account.
