TTFD
Definition
TTFD, or time to first paid dollar, is the median time from sign-up until a person's first self-earned dollar has actually reached their payout account. It excludes app credit and anything that has not settled. Cashcade publishes it once there is measured data.

What TTFD means
The metric is a median, not an average or a high-water mark, and it counts confirmed money alone. A balance inside an app does not count until it has arrived.[1]
Why it matters
Cashcade does not publish a number before it is measured. Time ranges in guides are labelled estimates for that reason, and they are replaced by measured data when it exists.[1]
